Panama City, Panama is a tropical climate year round. The temperatures in the daytime are always warm and can reach up to 90 degrees. The temps at night can go down to 70 degrees. If you go further up into the mountainous area you can find slightly cooler temps. It can get down into the low 50’s at night. The Caribbean side of the country gets plenty of rain throughout the year. Which keeps everything lush and tropical. The humidity is always high. Panama City and the Pacific Coast area have their rainy season between April and December.

The country of Panama is known for its famous Canal. The narrow isthmus that is the world’s shortcut between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. Panama City has become the metropolitan of Central America over the last 10 years. It is a huge banking center with high rises, fine dining, and a new metro system to carry you throughout the city from location to location. The Spanish were the first to colonize Panama. It goes into the history of the project and even has a film where you can watch them build the canal. The Casco Viejo area is also great to explore. This is the “old town” of Panama City that has been revitalized and refurbished over the years. It has cobblestone streets with boutique hotels in old buildings that have great architecture. Gourmet restaurants, stylish cafes, and chic shops. The nightlife there is also on point, with roof top bars, fine dining, and jazz clubs to entertain you. As in anything else in life you are only limited by your imagination and budget.
