Breast Augmentation
Breast Augmentation is used to enhance the look and shape of the breast.
Breast enhancement can include; creating symmetrical breasts, enlarging smaller breasts, breast reconstruction following mastectomy and the lifting of sagging breasts. More than one procedure may done at one time. For example, a breast lift may also include the placement of breast implants.
Most breast surgeries require 1-3 days recovery in the hospital and utilize general anesthetic for the procedure.
Face Lift
Facelift surgery, also called rhytidectomy, is used to create a more youthful look in the patient. Face lifts eliminate loose skin in the neck and also remove laxity of tissues in the cheeks. The surgery also tightens the underlying facial tissues on the the neck and the face.
A face lift takes about 2-4 hours to complete. Small incisions are made behind the ear and are normally inconspicuous after healing. The surgery requires a general anesthetic and 1-2 days in the hospital although some facelifts can be done as outpatient procedures depending on the doctor and the desires of the patient.
Tummy Tuck
A tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, is a surgery that reduces the size and appearance of the abdomen. Tummy tuck surgery is one of the most popular surgeries for body conturing. The procedure can reduce excess fat, stretch marks, hanging skin after weight loss and the abdominal bulge that sometimes can result from pregnancy. Tummy tuck surgery also tightens up up the abdominal muscles underneath the excess skin and fat. The best tummy tuck results are gained when patients have already lost weight and have no plans further pregnancies as weight gain and pregnancy would undo the results of the surgery.
The surgery itself takes about 2-3 hours and the patient will need to stay at least one night in the hospital for recovery.
